POLITICS is the new SPORT

Does anyone else feel like politics have turned into a sport?…we cheer for our favorite “team” and curse anyone in opposition. Then we watch to see who wins and either boast about it or complain and whine. Then we essentially forget about it all in the “off season”. Furthermore, our loyalties are usually based on our geographical location or family biases. Also, it is a sport with no salary cap and so one has to have a lot of money to compete.
