Montreal has been together for real since Easter Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 2004, but we’ve been working on coming together for a couple of years. We are just four guys that love music and feel blessed to be able to go out and play shows and hang out with new people. We all come from varied walks of life, some from the dairy farms of an exurb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; some from the comfortable plains of Saskatchewan; some from the helium balloon industry (which can be very lucrative despite what you may have heard); some from the center of the known universe that is the Northwestern Suburbs of the Twin Cities—that’s right, Grand Forks and East Grand Forks. We’re really for everyone. Man, woman, child, all should fall under our protective umbrella of musical loveliness.
